A workout place can be anywhere and at anytime, depending on your willingness and commitment to your workout goals. Workout goals can be set, specific, flexible, and relative. It’s important to understand your body, and know what mode of workout you can handle. Like I mentioned in my last post: “If you want to gain weight, eat lots of balance diet food. If you want to loose weight, cut down your eating, drink lots of water & freshly squeezed juice. If you want to be fit and on point with your weight, eat lots of balance diets (double or triple your meal portions) and make workout a MUST lifestyle. Don’t get it twisted, weight loss and weight gain, depends on whatever you consume with your mouth, overtime. But Fitness depends on your mode, place, and time of workout, over time.“
Personally, when I can’t afford workout fees or create time to do some organised workout at a Gym, I switch to intentional workout. If I am not in a hurry or when its not too late to walk at night, I will choose to walk for 30mins/50mins. I will choose to use the staircases instead of the elevator. I will do some jumping jacks while waiting for food to be ready. Yes! Even when using the microwave, you can do some sit-ups or burpees. Never limit workout to a place. Rather, let your workout goals drive you to make the most of any given time to workout. Even when you don’t feel like it, JUST DO IT! KEEP DOING IT! You can use your bathroom space for workout, while running your bathing water. There is a million ideas for when and where to accomplish your workout goals. Be intentional about it and you will find it.
What do you want to achieve? Maybe you want some curvy hips and a firm butt? Do you detest the manner you pant, each time you climb a few stairs or walk a few kilometres? For the sake of a healthy well being and active lifestyle, you need to workout. Some married couples experience intercourse issues because they don’t keep fit at all. Your sexual organs, respiratory organs, digestive system, sensory nerves, skin and bones, need to stay fit for consistent optimum performance. Therefore, you need to have specific and intentional workout goals. How do I create a workout goal? It is very simple. But it will demand your commitment and your willingness to find someone, who will hold you accountable, without any form of sentiment.
Here are some ideas:
1. Get a fitness app that is tailor made for your workout needs.
2. Find a fitness coach — videos or in person. Make sure they understand your specific fitness goals.
3. Attend a user friendly gym.
4. Understand your own tailor made diet that works for you.
5. Understand what the minimum weight that would match your height is.
When your goals become a habit, you will find it easier to create more goals. Before you know it; everywhere you go, and anytime you choose, you will workout and eat healthy. That’s what it means to have a Fitness Lifestyle!
Remember, you are not alone in this thing called Fitness. Stay inspired! Keep watching your mouth and understanding your body dynamics. Stay commited to your workout goals. Nothing is impossible when you believe and commit to it over time.
Enjoy the rest of your day!
